Consumer Information on the Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
However, when booking parking services via BigParking, these are regularly services related to leisure or date-bound services with a specific service period (booked parking period). In these cases, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB.

Regardless of this, BigParking generally grants its customers a free cancellation option up to 24 hours before the booked parking start. A separate withdrawal is therefore not necessary in many cases.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If a withdrawal or cancellation is made within the permitted period, payments already made will be refunded immediately and no later than within 14 days from receipt of your notification. For the refund, we use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you.

Note on Services with Fixed Dates

For services with a fixed agreed service period (e.g., booked parking period), the right of withdrawal may be excluded if the service is provided at a specific time or within a precisely specified period.

The possibility of free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of parking remains unaffected, provided this is stated in your booking confirmation.
